- 3 cups strawberries (frozen (thawed) or fresh)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 140-170 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet pan and spread evenly to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
- Place the pan in the oven and dry for 4-6 hours until the center is no longer tacky.
- Once dried, let cool completely before removing from the pan. Cut into 1-inch wide strips using scissors or a pizza cutter.
