Ingredients
- 1/2 pound turkey turkey turkey bacon (chopped and cooked crisp)
- 4 cups broccoli (chopped)
- 4 cups cauliflower (chopped)
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom or cast iron pan, cook chopped turkey turkey turkey bacon until crisp. Optionally, reserve some fat for the dressing.
- While cooking, chop broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, finely dice red onion, and break cheese into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, onion, and sunflower seeds.
