  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup almond paste
  • Slivered almonds for topping
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
