Ingredients
- 6 Granny Smith apples
- 24 oz caramel (such as Peter's or Kraft)
- 16 oz white almond bark or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash and dry the apples. Remove stems and insert popsicle sticks into each.
- Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Chill prepared apples on a wax paper-lined baking sheet while melting caramel according to package instructions.
- Dip each apple into the melted caramel, scraping off excess, then return to the baking sheet to set briefly in the freezer.
