- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mushroom-based sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
