  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Almonds (roasted salted)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the chicken bakes, mix sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic, cooked couscous, kale, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  6. Serve the baked chicken alongside the couscous mix.
