Ingredients
- 4 flaky French croissants
- 4–6 slices good-quality turkey
- 8 slices gruyère or Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
