  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely grated

  • ¾ cup French's fried onions

  • 4 large sprigs thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Boil green beans in salted water for about 3 minutes until bright green; drain and cool.
  3. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms with olive oil and butter until caramelized.
