  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix well.
  3. Melt butter with half of the chocolate chips over medium heat until smooth; whisk until glossy.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until slightly frothy with an electric mixer.
  5. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs while mixing continuously.
  6. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a thick batter; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out slightly moist.
  8. Allow cooling in the pan for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
