  • 1 lb cooked fusilli pasta
  • 8 oz mozzarella balls, halved
  • 4 oz turkey slices, quartered
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Italian seasoning
  • crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked fusilli pasta, mozzarella balls, turkey slices, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
  2. In a jar with a lid, mix olive oil, garlic, vinegar, parsley, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Shake well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Chill for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
