- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
