- Pepper jack cheese sticks (6)
- Creole seasoning (6 tsp)
- Crawfish tails (12 oz)
- Half-and-half or heavy cream (1½ cups)

Instructions
- Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Place chicken sausage, pepper jack cheese stick, and 1 tsp of Creole seasoning in each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
