Ingredients

  • ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped

  • 12 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • More basil leaves, chopped for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bruschetta topping by dicing Roma tomatoes and mixing them with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Let it marinate.
  2. In another bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic (the second clove), lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold the bruschetta topping into the cheese mixture until combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
