- 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- More basil leaves, chopped for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the bruschetta topping by dicing Roma tomatoes and mixing them with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Let it marinate.
- In another bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic (the second clove), lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Fold the bruschetta topping into the cheese mixture until combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
