  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/41/2 cup pastel sprinkles or nonpareils
  • 12 teaspoons neutral oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, cashews, or almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the popped popcorn evenly and remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Scatter the mini pretzels and Rice Chex over the popcorn mixture and toss gently.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in intervals until smooth; stir in neutral oil if needed for consistency.

  5. Allow to set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before breaking into clusters.
