- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 small head of cabbage (cored & chopped)
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and spices. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
