  • 2 tablespoons white apple vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine thinly sliced red cabbage, green cabbage, julienned carrot, thinly sliced red bell pepper, and spring onions.
