  • wooden skewers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tbsp oregano
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp cream-style horseradish sauce
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp dill pickle juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano.
  3. Toss shrimp in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Thread shrimp and mini peppers onto skewers.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; cook skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque.
  6. For dipping sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, ketchup, dill pickle juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
