- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water (for rice)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to boil; add the rinsed rice. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sauté until caramelized (5-7 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth and rice vinegar; bring to a boil then reduce to simmer.
- Mix cornstarch with water; stir into the broth to thicken. Simmer an additional 5 minutes.
