Ingredients
- 1 French or Italian loaf
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese or 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
