  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil and seasonings. Cook in a skillet until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened.
  4. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth; season to taste.
