  • 1 (3.4 oz) cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark
  • Optional: Red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry vegan gelatin powder, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, measure out rice Chex cereal.
  4. Melt the vanilla almond bark in the microwave in one-minute intervals until fully melted.
  5. Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal and gently stir until fully coated.
  6. Transfer the coated mixture into the zip-top bag and shake until evenly coated in the sugar mixture.
  7. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and allow to set completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
