Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter with brown and white sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in rolled oats followed by frozen blueberries.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, portion out dough onto a lined baking sheet about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
