- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (for coating)
- Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt; stir until combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place on the baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in intervals until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and chill for at least one hour before serving.
