  • 1 OREO crust
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 20 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (divided)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crust by using a store-bought OREO crust or crushing OREO cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  3. Whip ⅓ cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, whip the remaining heavy whipping cream (2 tbsp) and drizzle it on top if desired.
