Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 8-inch round cake pans by greasing and lining them with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Gradually stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
