  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

  5. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for about 45-55 minutes for loaves or 55-65 minutes for bundt cakes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
