Ingredients

  • Vegan gelatin sheets
  • Heavy cream

  • Powdered sugar
  • Coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coconut mousse by whipping together heavy cream and mascarpone; add powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Chill.
