- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 2/3 cup Flour
- 1 1/3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/3 cups Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Espresso powder
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Instant vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and espresso powder; mix well.
