- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chunked
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté chopped onions, celery, carrots, and minced garlic until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in dried thyme.
