  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Blue gel food coloring
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes). Add sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour and salt until combined. Knead until soft and slightly sticky; add blue food coloring to achieve desired shade.
