  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cooked and chopped crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crabmeat, green onion, and green chiles. Mix well.
  3. Lay out flour tortillas on a baking sheet and spread about 1/4 cup of the crab mixture on one half of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortillas over to encase the filling completely and brush the outer sides with melted butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
