  • 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  2. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler until smooth but not overheated (below 105°F). Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in chopped cranberries and pistachios; let sit at room temperature for an hour. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
