  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs (e.g., Ritz or Keebler Club)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Thaw and microwave broccoli florets for about 5 minutes; drain well and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, half of the cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, egg, and salt. Pour into a greased baking dish.
