- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 6 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sliced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Add the chopped turkey bacon and minced garlic; sauté until crispy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and whole milk. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix until melted. If too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
- Fold in fresh spinach until wilted (about 2 minutes). Combine with cooked fettuccine until well coated.
