- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook turkey bacon until crispy (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and cook sliced chicken until browned (7-10 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.
- Return turkey bacon to the skillet with chicken. Add fettuccine and reserved pasta water gradually until desired creaminess.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm.
