- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup white apple vinegar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create four thinner pieces. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then coat with flour.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
