- 1/2 cup finely chopped and seeded tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, ground cumin, and seasoned salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until evenly combined.
