Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped and seeded tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, ground cumin, and seasoned salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until evenly combined.
  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
