- 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 8 oz block plain cream cheese
- Juice of 2 fresh limes
- ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot and add black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes. Sprinkle onion powder and ranch seasoning on top.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and pour in the chicken broth. Place the block of cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
