  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Black pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • Bay leaves
  • Brown sugar (optional for caramelizing onions)

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions and mince the garlic.
