  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine browned beef, taco seasoning, garlic salt, salt, pepper, diced onion, corn, black beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  4. Stir in cooked rice before serving and let warm through for an additional few minutes.
