  • 1 tablespoon fruit juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk, softened
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the salted butter; add chopped pecans and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and unsalted butter until creamy. Gradually add icing sugar, mixing well. Incorporate eggs one at a time along with vanilla essence.
