  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
