Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with fresh parsley garnish.
