- 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 58 M&Ms for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and coat in sugar. Place on a lined baking sheet and create an indentation in the center.
- Bake for about 14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Prepare ganache by heating heavy cream until simmering, then pour over white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Once cookie cups have cooled, fill each with ganache and top with two M&M bunnies.
