  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 small boxes Jello (various flavors)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve one box of Jello powder in boiling water, then mix in cold water. Pour half into the crust and chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Spread the cream cheese layer over the set Jello, then chill again for 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat the Jello process with the second box and pour it over the cream cheese layer once firm.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping before serving.
