Ingredients

- 7 cups Rice Krispies

- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease cupcake pans lightly with cooking spray or butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine vegan marshmallows and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until smooth.
- Pour in Rice Krispies and stir until fully coated.
