- 1 tsp onion powder
- 8 oz light cream cheese
Instructions
- Rinse and drain black beans.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add corn, then Rotel tomatoes, followed by the drained black beans.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder on top. Stir gently to combine.
