Instructions
- Drain the fruit thoroughly, then mash the pineapple and maraschino cherries together; drain again.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Fold in the mashed fruit mixture and mandarin oranges until well combined.
- Melt the pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 10-20 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Stir the melted candy into the fruit mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
