  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 10 turkey pepperoni slices
  • 8 turkey slices
  • 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a cast iron skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly at the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with pizza sauce.
  4. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese over the sauce followed by turkey pepperoni, turkey slices, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
