Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt.
